NynaKenyetta is a freelance web design and development Agency run by Kameron Young, the owner. We provide website design and development using WordPress and Elementor. In addition, we offer two monthly maintenance packages: Mandatory and Advanced. The Mandatory package is a requirement for all of our clients as it covers the use of our software. The Advanced package is optional and includes daily backups, uptime and link monitoring, security and performance checks and a monthly report about your website.
Prices listed on our website are current but prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
All clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the agreed upon quote upfront and the remaining 50% before we migrate your site to your hosting platform. Our pricing is upfront and always explained in the quote. Once the contract has been signed by both parties, an invoice will be distributed to the client. The use of outside services or plugins, such as MailChimp or Calendly, will be charged to the client. Plugins are a seperate cost from the NynaKenyetta fees.
Most websites take approximately 8 – 12 weeks. NynaKenyetta offers 3 revisions for each project. If you would like to add more revisions, we will charge our hourly fee of $25/hour with a minimum of one hour. The delivery timetable will be customized and provided to the client before any work begins. Rush orders will incur a 50% markup fee to the baseline.
Clients may cancel their project up to 3 days after the project has been accepted for a full refund of their 50% deposit. After this period, a refund will not be available and the client will be required to pay the full balance of the invoice.
Failure to Make Payment
If the client fails to pay the final balance of the quote after the agreed upon date, they will have 10 days to do so before their project, and any data relating to it, is erased from our servers. At this point, it will be impossible to retrieve and the project will be considered cancelled.
